- May 4, 2013 – 9am – 3pm
- May 18, 2013 – 9am – 3pm
Cost:
- IN-Person Registration -1st child $65, 2nd child $60, 3rd child $60, 4th child is free.
- After-IN-Person Registration -1st child $70, 2nd child $65, 3rd child $65, 4th child is free.
- All 4 year olds registering for our U5 Jamboree program will pay $65
- Additionally, an annual Field Use Fee will be assessed by the City of East Providence/East Providence High School on all local youth sports leagues using the East Providence High School fields. The current fee is $2 per player and is included in the cost.The purpose of the Field Use Fee is to defray the cost of field maintenance
How:
- Goto www.eayso.org to register your child(ren) print and sign 2 copies of each child’s form. Bring forms and Birth Certificate to one of the registration dates!
